- Purchase up to 3 apartments
- Buy 1 detached house (on land up to 3,300 m²)
- Buy 2 villas if located in a site development (mass housing projects)
- Buy land with a building permit (up to 1,338 m², 1 house allowed)
Note: Land ownership must be accompanied by a valid building permit, and development is restricted to one dwelling unless in a designated site development.
⚖️ Title Deed Rules & Tax Payment Timeline
- Deed Transfer Deadline:
Must be completed within 1 year of Council of Ministers’ permission. - If payment is pending:
1-year countdown starts after full payment is made. - Tax Payment Deadline:
75 business days from permission date.
Missing this deadline = automatic cancellation.
Important: No electricity or water connections (except for construction purposes) will be approved unless taxes are paid within the deadline.
