The Commercial Area has the most famous café in Iskele; ‘Café Paris’ with lead baker Shallev Perez famous with his croissants and delicious bread sticks. This part of the Resort is also home for the USSR Club popular with its karaoke and disco nights. Other services and shops include supermarket, IT and management services, car rentals, beauty salon, and Panda restaurant.
There are also numerous facilities for children onsite, game rooms, playgrounds, kindergarten and parks are among these in addition to special events dedicated for the children only.
With all these amenities, the Resort receives very high short term rental demand by the tourists and local holiday goers. This makes way for rental returns for investors up to 12% per year.
