Kyrenia:

Kyrenia is the cultural and economical center of North Cyprus. It is home to numerous hotels, nightlife, 2 ports and 2 marinas. There are 16 luxury hotels with large casinos and it hosts an annual culture and arts festival with hundreds of participating artists and performers. It is home to three universities with a student population around 14,000 and there are more than 8 public, private and IVF hospitals in Kyrenia.

Grape Park Project:

The Grape Park project is the residential extension of the vineyard, wine bar, restaurant and the award-winning hotel in Kyrenia overlooking the sea and the hills. The Vineyard has a hotel with 18+ age limit. Despite the 78% occupancy of the hotel; 65% of the inquiries from families gets declined every year. The hotel is awarded the 2020 World Luxury Hotels First Prize. The little West Kyrenia village home for this peaceful hotel in the mountains of Kyrenia is also awarded the status of Cultural Protection Site by the EU in an attempt to conserve the natural beauty of the region.

The project consists of 2 bedroom ground floor and second floor apartments. Each apartment has 915 sqft area. The residential area amenities include communal swimming pool, café, gymnasium shop, and a play area and the hotel guests will be able to benefit the amenities of the luxury hotel. The hotel management will offer full rental management services for the ones eyeing a property option in the Mediterranean only for the sole purpose of investment.

There are developer financed interest-free payment plan options available and there is limited availability with only 40 units in total.
